Founder and Director of Operations
EJ Umoh is a senior social policy analyst and law student. Earned his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Kutztown University. He founded this organization on the belief that Mental Health services are a human right.
Director of Education
Olivia Morano is a teacher for the blind/visually impaired in Anne Arundel County Public Schools in the state of Maryland. She earned her bachelor's degree from Kutztown University. Her hope is to ensure that every student is prepared for experiences they will encounter when she is no longer their educator.
Director of Social Work
BIANCA MORALES, BSW
Bianca is an MSW candidate at Carlow Univerity. She attained her bachelor of social work degree from Lock Haven University. As a native Pennsylvanian and a woman of color, Bianca has spent her entire life advocating on multiple issues regarding the intersectionality of race and gender, equal pay, immigration rights, and universal health care at a community level. Biancas knowledge, patience, and effort make her a perfect fit for the foundation.
Social Work Policy Coordinator
SHANNON PIERCE, MSW
Shannon earned both her MSW and BSW degrees from Alvernia University. Her proficiency in social work research puts her in a comfortable position as she is in charge of program development and program analysis for the foundation.
Director of Marketing
CHEICK DIAWARA, MBA
Cheick Diawara is an MBA degree holder from Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio. He earned his bachelor's from Lock Haven University. His passion for human rights along with his business savvy and previous non-profit experience culminates his abilities to provide a very valuable asset as the director of marketing.
Director of Media Relations
Nsikan is a sophomore at East Stroudsburg University. His background in IT and cybersecurity provides a crucial role in an organization that is fully dependent on providing virtual services. He is responsible for Social Media perception, crowdfunding, and IT issues.
