Solving Legal Inequities Through Research

There is nothing more precious in life than life itself. As such, the precious heart fellowship was created to give a recent Masters of Social Work (MSW) graduate the opportunity to gain invaluable experience as an expert witness in the Family Court systems across the Philadelphia region. This year-long fellowship, which will be funded through a stipend, will train the fellow on how to mediate custody cases, conduct custody evaluations, draft expert reports, testify in trial/arbitrations, write blogs/articles, and perform a qualitative research experiment that will be the primary focus in a book!
