Meet The Team

EJ is a Licensed Social Worker who earned his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Kutztown University, his law degree at Touro Law Center and his Masters at Rutgers School of Social Work. EJ is a PhD in Social Work Candidate at Norfolk State University. EJ is a proficient French speaker. 

Hannah Goldston was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, where she attended Temple University to receive her Bachelors of Arts in Environmental Studies. While pursing her degree, she gained a deep interest in environmental justice, specifically issues surrounding food insecurity and clean water. For over 7 years, Hannah worked as a legal assistant aiding in the financial recovery of Pennsylvanians who were affected by hospital negligence and auto accidents, and helped the financial department ensure all transactions were well accounted for. Currently, Hannah is pursuing both a masters and a law degree.

Kerri is a two time graduate of Lock Haven University earning her Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training and her Master’s of science in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She has numerous years of experience working with athletes, as well as hard laborers, treating their injuries & organizing their treatment plans, whether it occurred in sport or at work. Currently she is working in an orthopedic surgical clinic and urgent care, serving the greater Lancaster County area. Kerri is a people person, a lover of all animals & the city of Philadelphia, and she is hopeful to help the foundation serve the community however she can! 

Skylar is a recent graduate of Kutztown University. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design, focusing on illustration and animation. When she wasn’t in the classroom, she was competing on the D2 track and field team, working a variety of on campus design jobs, and volunteering with different organizations around the Kutztown Community. Being a member of the Umoh Foundation Committee allows Skylar to combine of her love of art and giving back!

Shirell Harrison is an experienced public health professional with work in various domains. Shirell has a Masters in Public Health from Purdue University and is well-versed in health education, research, and grant writing. With her expertise surrounding the social determinants in health, Shirell connects the different realms of health to custody issues, enabling the foundation to find funding.
